Registration Form

We encourage people interested in participating in this workshop to register as soon as possible.
Upon arrival at PPPL (at the security gate) - all visitors must present Valid Government issued Photo ID. Foreign National Citizens are required to present a valid passport. To expedite your entry into PPPL each day - you may e-mail a recent photo of yourself (such as a passport photo or "selfie", i.e. NOT an ID) to Carol Ann Austin (caustin@pppl.gov) prior to July 7, 2017. AFTER the first day of entry at PPPL - you would show this temporary PPPL photo ID - and not have to show government issued photo ID. You would return this PPPL temporary photo ID to Carol Austin on the last day of the meeting. If you do not wish to request a temporary PPPL photo ID - you would need to show a government issued photo ID at the security gate each day you enter PPPL.
You must register at the Registration Page link above. There is a $40 registration fee, payable by Credit Card ONLY. Once you register you will receive an email confirmation.
NOTE: If you are a Foreign National, you must also fill out the Registration Form For Non-U.S. Citizens Visiting PPPL. Follow the link to Foreign National Visitors
Registration Cancellation/Refunds
A notification of cancellation and a request for a refund must be received in writing to Carol Ann Austin (casutin@pppl.gov) and Carol Ann will process your cancellation request. The Credit Card processsing fee will not be refunded.
